Chapter 01 — The Room
Walk in, slow down.
For the coffee you pick up on your way to work, the hours spent working alongside a familiar crowd, and the afternoons that turn into longer conversations. An easygoing space built around good coffee, shared routines, and the people who make it feel familiar.
Chapter 02 — The Bar
Theatre at the counter.
Espresso pulled on our Sanremo, slow bars for the curious — Aeropress, Pour Over, Chemex, Vietnamese brew. The pastry case is right there, and it knows what it did. Pull up a stool and watch it all happen.
Chapter 03 — The Craft
Roasted by us, poured for you.
Here's the quiet secret behind the room, the bar and the menu: every cup starts as green coffee we've sourced and roasted ourselves. The same lots you drink at the bar are the ones you can take home. Taste it here, brew it there.
