Shipping & Delivery Policy

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms & Conditions and should be read alongside our Refund Policy. It applies to all orders placed with That Coffee, a registered trademark of Croppd.

Shipping charges

We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over ₹1,500, anywhere in India. For orders below ₹1,500, shipping charges are calculated at checkout and determined by our delivery partner.

Delivery time

The estimated delivery timeframe is 3 to 8 days from the date of dispatch. You'll receive tracking details once your order ships.

Where we deliver

At this time we deliver within India only. We do not offer international shipping.

Order delays

If your order is delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible and share a revised estimated delivery date. We work hard to make every delivery smooth and on time.
